Damages and Issues:

We will assess the issue and provide a no-cost replacement for damaged or defective items, with picture documentation required. Standard sublimated marks are exempt. Faulty items will be exchanged for items of equal value.

Returns or Exchanges:
For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to return an item for a refund, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. If you request an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost to receive the new item.

Clothing items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached for an exchange or refund.
